📋 Step-by-Step Guide (5 Steps)
Check Corner Plumb and Measure Panel Width
Place your level vertically against both faces of the corner to check for out-of-plumb deviations. Measure the distance from the last installed flat panel groove to the corner vertex at the top, middle, and bottom. Record the narrowest measurement to determine the bend line or cut width.
- • Level bubble is centered along the vertical corner line
- • Pencil line is clearly marked on the back of the panel representing the exact corner position
- • Measuring only at the bottom of the wall without accounting for wall taper
Back-Groove the Panel for Bending
For a seamless wrap, place the panel face down on your workbench. Set your circular saw blade depth or use a utility knife to cut through only the back support wall of the hollow flutes along your corner line, leaving the front face layer completely intact.

- • Front aesthetic surface remains unbroken and unpunctured
- • Setting saw depth too deep and cutting through the decorative front face
Dry-Fit and Form the Corner Bend
Gently fold the panel along the grooved score line to test the bend angle. Hold the bent panel against the wall corner to verify full contact along both wall faces and ensure proper tongue-and-groove alignment with adjacent panels.

- • Both flanges rest flat against their respective wall planes
- • Forcing a sharp bend too fast, cracking the brittle composite material
Apply Construction Adhesive
Turn the panel over and load your adhesive into the caulking gun. Apply thick, continuous zig-zag beads of adhesive across the back of both panel wings, keeping adhesive roughly 1 inch away from the back-groove line.
- • Uniform serpentine adhesive beads across both rear sections of the panel
- • No glue overflow inside the cut groove
- • Putting adhesive directly into the bend groove, which squeezes through the bend
Mount and Secure the Corner Panel
Press the corner panel firmly into place, slotting the tongue into the previous panel's groove. Push firmly into the corner apex, then press both wings flat against the drywall. Apply strips of painter's tape across the corner joint to hold tight tension while the adhesive sets.

- • Letting go before applying tension tape, allowing the corner to pop forward
